Gothenburg, August 13, 2024 – Business Match Europe is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of SCHMALZ+SCHÖN , a leading logistics and freight forwarding company, by NTG Nordic Transport Group. The match-making between the two companies was facilitated by Business Match Europe.
SCHMALZ+SCHÖN holds a proud history and strong market position in Germany. As the owner and seller, Mr. Frank Penkwitt, sought a partner who could continue the company’s legacy while propelling it into its next phase of growth. NTG Nordic Transport Group, known for its innovative approach and deep industry expertise, emerged as the ideal fit.
